Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wolfman Crypto Bots software, services, tools, website, and related systems (collectively, the “Services”). By installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.Who We Are

Wolfman Crypto Bots is a trading automation platform developed by Wolfman Technologies, LLC. We provide software tools that allow users to connect their own exchange accounts or wallets to automated strategies.

We do not hold customer funds and we do not act as a broker, custodian, exchange, or investment advisor.

2.Eligibility

You must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• have the legal capacity to enter this Agreement;
• comply with the laws in your region; and
• use the Services only for lawful purposes.

3.What We Provide

The Company provides:

• trading automation software;
• analytics, research, and educational tools;
• account dashboards and configuration interfaces; and
• non-custodial integrations with third-party exchanges.

We do not:

• provide financial or investment advice;
• make profit guarantees;
• recommend trades or assets to buy or sell; or
• execute withdrawals on your behalf.

4.Subscriptions and Payments

• Some Services require a paid subscription.
• Payments are billed in advance.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• Digital products are generally non-refundable once activated.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payments may result in license termination.

You agree to keep your payment information accurate and up to date.

5.User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• securing your API keys and private keys;
• verifying exchange permissions (trade-only recommended);
• understanding the risks of automated trading;
• monitoring your accounts and strategies;
• the performance of your trades and trading decisions; and
• complying with tax or regulatory obligations.

You agree not to:

• share your license key;
• resell or redistribute the Services;
• reverse engineer or modify the Software; or
• use the Services for illegal activity.

6.Non-Custodial Services

The Company never holds your funds. All exchange API keys and wallet credentials are controlled by you. You are responsible for their security and configuration.

7.Modifications and Updates

The Company may:

• update or improve the Services;
• disable outdated features;
• modify pricing; or
• discontinue any aspect of the Services.

Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

8.Termination

The Company may terminate your access immediately if:

• you violate these Terms;
• you share or misuse license keys;
• you commit fraud or abuse the system; or
• you attempt to reverse engineer the Software.

Upon termination, you must stop using the Services and delete all copies of the Software.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolfman Technologies, LLC is not liable for:

• trading losses;
• lost profits;
• missed trades;
• exchange outages;
• API changes or failures;
• corrupted data; or
• indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

In all cases, the total liability of the Company for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waive any objection to inconvenient forum or jurisdictional challenges.
