Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products, licenses, memberships, and subscriptions offered by Wolfman Technologies, LLC (“Company”).

1.All Sales Are Final for Digital Products

Because software licenses and digital products cannot be returned once activated or downloaded, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

2.Subscription Billing

Subscription payments are billed in advance and automatically renew at the start of each billing cycle.

Refunds are not available for:

• partially used subscription periods;
• mid-cycle cancellations;
• failure to use or access the Software;
• performance, trading outcomes, or user error; and
• slow exchanges, API downtime, or market volatility.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date.

3.License Key Activation

Once a license key has been:

• issued;
• activated; or
• registered to a device or user account;

it becomes permanently non-refundable.

4.Chargebacks

Any chargeback or payment reversal will result in:

• immediate license termination;
• permanent account suspension; and
• revocation of access to all Services.

The Company reserves the right to dispute or contest any chargeback.

5.Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, you must notify us within 14 days of the transaction by emailing:

Valid billing errors will be corrected or refunded promptly.

6.Discontinuation of Service

If the Company permanently discontinues the Services entirely, the Company may issue prorated refunds for unused subscription time, at the Company’s sole discretion.
